Shipping terms and conditions

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the chosen items.

Restrictions on the quantity of products that can be purchased may apply for orders placed outside the European Union.

All delivery information, tax and duty details, and shipping destination will be displayed in the shopping cart.

All parcels are delivered by couriers appointed by us: BRT, UPS Express Courier, DHL, TNT and FedEx with varying times depending on destinations. Please note that delivery times are only indicative and are calculated from the day of shipment.

I Pàstini does not accept responsibility for delays in customs clearance, but is committed to minimising any inconvenience. Please check all details in the following table.

For orders over 60 bottles shipping costs will be calculated upon specific request;

Orders can be a minimum of 6 bottles and multiples of 6 (even assorted bottles);

All shipments are insured and guaranteed;

 

Taxes and Duties

The cost of taxes and duties is already included in the purchase order, so no other fees are due upon receipt of the goods.

* For countries marked with asteriks to the shipping cost must be added fees and customs duties, which are charged at the time of purchase:

- Switzerland: plus 9% on the price of the wine;

- Taiwan: plus 10% on the price of the wine;

- New Zealand: plus 15% on the price of the wine;

- UK: €2,90 per each bottle.

 

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail containing all the details of your purchase. If you would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We ship within 24 hours from the order date for products available for immediate delivery. As soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier, its telematic tracking begins and the day of arrival is estimated. You can follow the progress of the delivery by accessing the courier's tracking page and entering the tracking number we will send you by email.
