1759 was a memorable year in which some hardworking farmers of the Valle d’Itria, finished the ambitious project of the creation of their farm.
Today, we pay tribute to that prestigious date with the label of an equally prestigious wine that encompasses tradition and experience.
We use Verdeca grapes, perfectly rooted in the Valle d’Itria, we exploit the qualities of great acidity and minerality that they naturally possess with together
with the classic method sparkling wine.
The Classic Method, is a fascinating method sparkling wine making, capable of trapping bubbles in the same bottle and after a long rest period of 24
months, waiting for the gentle pop, gives the wine the ability to release its delicate bouquet and enhances the palate its acidity and freshness with an
unexpected ending of dense floral notes.
1759, a sparkling wine, classic method is ideal for appetizers or fish and shellfish based dishes.
