Brut Sparkling Magnum Charmat Method Verdeca Valle D'Itria IGP

It is a natural sparkling wine obtained by the Charmat or Martinotti method where the base wine is put into a stainless steel pressure tank to undergo the secondary fermentation. This method allows to naturally trap the bubbles of Co2 that develop during the transformation of the sugar into alcohol by the yeasts. Our spumante i Pàstini is made from Verdeca, a grape characterized by acidity, freshness and sapidity.

I Pàstini brut is a crisp sparkling wine whose characteristics on the nose are the ones typical of Verdeca grape. Its perlage is elegant and intense, with floral scents and notes of green apple and citrus, typical of the more traditional Verdeca.

Crisp, bright, lively and very versatile: it goes well with fish dishes, excellent as an aperitif and in combination with desserts, especially creamy and leavened ones because its sharp character makes a remarkable paring with butter-based desserts.
