Wine obtained from ancient native grapes of the area grown on vineyards treated with rigorous respect for the environment, from grapes harvested manually in small boxes after a careful selection of the bunches.
The pre-cooled grape extract obtained with soft pressing, after a long maceration on the skins, matures in sturdy oak barrels without haste, for 36 months.
Complex, velvety, intense, powerful, tannic and persistent.
It is the perfect union between tradition and technology, the witness of this intertwined link between past, present and future.
