Only few bottles are produced every year, they are 100% Bianco d'Alessano and 100% Minutolo patiently aged.

The wines produced with Bianco d'Alessano and Minutolo vines have a good predisposition to aging. Over time, they enhance their organoleptic qualities, developing notes of butter, honey, wax, dried fruit, nuts as well as a pleasant background of elegant notes of hydrocarbons.

Complex, generous and refined wines, still crisp with vibrant notes on the palate, persistent, mature, with light and fascinating tertiary aromas and with levels of acidity that make these wines precise and very savoury. Complex wines with a strong character yet very well balanced and versatile due to their perfect balance between sugar and acidity.

Excellent when paired with fish, shellfish and crustaceans because the mineral notes blend harmoniously with the seafood iodine flavors; they can be easily paired with poultry, white meat and goat cheese and can also go well with more complex dishes such as spiced dishes, spicy, acidic or bittersweet food.

Taxes and Duties

The cost of taxes and duties is already included in the purchase order, so no other fees are due upon receipt of the goods.

* For countries marked with asteriks to the shipping cost must be added fees and customs duties, which are charged at the time of purchase:

- Switzerland: plus 9%;

- Taiwan: plus 10%;

- New Zealand: plus 15%;

- USA: plus 15%;

- UK: plus €2,90 per each bottle.
